Misato prohibites Shinji and Asuka to go on promo vacation. During this boring time, Nerv dicovers the next angel defendless, so they try to capture it.

At first, we have an excited Asuka who is buying some clothes with Kaji; and the reason for her excitement is that in a week she will go on a vacation with all her classmates to Okinawa. Kaji seems very happy also; but he tells Asuka that their scholl didn't have a promo vacation, thing that makes Asuka to think that the Second Impact generation is boring.
